Operations and Maintenance records, 1830-1984.

The operations and maintenance records of the Department of Facilities consists of correspondence, subject files, committee meeting minutes, contracts, lease agreements, and other documents pertaining to campus buildings and spaces, including the Lake Carnegie Project. Also present is correspondence with contractors, real estate assessments, project reports, and departmental budgets. Some maps, drawings, and photographs are also present however the bulk of the materials are administrative papers.
